A class specifically designed to instruct you on how to store your prospect information along with their criteria for a new home in the FlexMLS system. It will guide you in creating automated e-mail for new activity that matches your prospect’s criteria and how to manage the data.<br>

You will need your <font color=blue><b>Member ID (or Agent Code) and last four digits of your Social Security Number</font></b> (Administrative staff can sign up as the broker/manager of the office or the agent that they work with.) <br>
All classes are <b>FREE</b> ....but.... <b> <font face=”Times New Roman” color=red>
IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AND FAIL TO SHOW WITHOUT CALLING TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOU WILL BE INVOICED A $10.00 FEE </font> </b>.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and to avoid disruption of the class in progress,
you will not be allowed entry and may be invoiced for a $10.00 fee as a “no show”.
NEFMLS reserves the right to cancel class within 48 hours of class time.
