What is the FLEXMLS CMA PRESENTATION class?
A class that focuses on how to use all the CMA tools available on the FlexMLS system and create a professional CMA presentation for your sellers. The course begins with tools for gathering background information about your subject property and it’s surrounding area, moves to searching for comparable properties (both MLS & non-MLS sales), and then creating the CMA presentation.

You will need your Member ID (or Agent Code) and last four digits of your Social Security Number (Administrative staff can sign up as the broker/manager of the office or the agent that they work with.)
All classes are FREE ....but....
IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AND FAIL TO SHOW WITHOUT CALLING TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOU WILL BE INVOICED A $10.00 FEE.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and to avoid disruption of the class in progress,
you will not be allowed entry and may be invoiced for a $10.00 fee as a “no show”.
NEFMLS reserves the right to cancel class within 48 hours of class time.
