Reaching First Time Home Buyer
This course will equip new Realtors to reach and serve the real estate needs of the largest market in the housing industry, the first time buyer. Attendees will learn why they should be involved in helping first time buyers, where to locate them, and how to become the Realtor they chose when they are ready to buy their first home. The class will also teach Realtors how to better help buyers navigate the home buying process.
