What is the FLEXMLS INTRO class?
An introductory course to the MLS computer system designed to promote skills necessary for new agents to get started. Learn how to LOGIN to the MLS computer, Inquire for information on specific listings by MLS#/Address, SEARCH for properties, Hotsheets, History, Add/Change Listings and more.

You will need your Member ID (or Agent Code) and last four digits of your Social Security Number (Administrative staff can sign up as the broker/manager of the office or the agent that they work with.)
All classes are FREE ....but....
IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AND FAIL TO SHOW WITHOUT CALLING TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOU WILL BE INVOICED A $10.00 FEE.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and to avoid disruption of the class in progress,
you will not be allowed entry and may be invoiced for a $10.00 fee as a “no show”.
NEFMLS reserves the right to cancel class within 48 hours of class time.
