New Member Orientation:
Orientation is held at The Resource Center, 7801 Deercreek Club Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256. This is a mandatory two day class for NEW MEMBERS ONLY within 90 days of joining NEFAR! 1st Day - NEFAR Benefits & Services, Ethics, Agency Issues, Fair Housing and Safety. You will also be inducted, receive a certificate and a REALTOR pin to wear. 2nd Day - NEFAR Contract: Purchase & Sale and MLS Orientation. Please note you are required to sign in and out as directed.
