9:00 FLEXMLS TAX
What is the FLEXMLS TAX class? An introductory course recommended for all new agents on how to search and utilize tax information for 21 Northeast Florida counties on the FlexMLS Tax system. Users learn Searching Skills, creating Mailing Labels, and other Time Saving Tips.

How do I sign up
To Register:
• You will need your Member ID (or Agent Code) and last four digits of your Social Security Number (Administrative staff can sign up as the broker/manager of the office or the agent that they work with)
• Select the desired course, date, and time - click on the COURSE DESCRIPTION
• Click ADD
• Click CHECKOUT
• Complete the registration with your name etc. and click CONTINUE
• Click REGISTER NOW to complete the process
All classes are FREE but IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AND FAIL TO SHOW WITHOUT CALLING TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOU WILL BE INVOICED A $10.00 FEE. To avoid disruption of the class in progress, you will not be allowed entry if you are more than 10 minutes late and may be invoiced for a $10.00 fee as a “no show”. NEFMLS reserves the right to cancel class within 48 hours of class time.
