Written for real estate brokers and sales agents who deal with residential properties, this course covers the mandatory core law requirement, escrow accounts and disciplinary action, other state and federal laws affecting real estate, real estate brokerage relationships, property condition and inspections, fair housing and the ADA, real estate finance laws and trends, and contracts and closings.
