Salesperson’s 45-hour Post License Course
This is a six day course, which covers the post license requirement for salespersons. The course covers six topics: professionalism, ethics and law, valuation and training, selling real property, financing real property closing transactions and managing real property.
Cost: $125 (NEFAR REALTOR members); $150 (non-members). Price includes textbook. On-line registration available. Please submit registration form and payment. Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least four (4) business days in advance of start of class in order to receive a full refund.
