Risk Reduction International Business Factors Affecting Your Local Market:
Learn how to recognize the economic benefits of foreign investment in the U.S. real estate market, determine levels of risk with international clientele, discuss the Patriot Act and Executive Order 13224. Identify process for securing an International Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), review laws affecting international real estate transactions, discuss tax withholding and reporting requirements, and identify resources for continued study. This course is taught by a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) instructor.
