GRI II: Essential Real Estate Techniques:
This five day course offers 11 CE credit or 30 hours towards broker post license credit. Your skills are enhanced with the sales-from-the-ground-up course approach. Topics covered include construction, appraising, investment, proven listing and prospecting techniques, along with personal marketing which will set you apart in today’s rapidly changing marketplace.
